As the brokerage’s first client-turned-teammate, Gracie finds that her personal experience purchasing a home through Rouse + Co gives her a unique and empathetic perspective toward her clients who are going through the very same process.

A Boston native, Gracie first fell in love with upstate New York while studying earth science at Cornell University. After a stint in NYC as a “test resident” of WeWork’s co-living experiment, followed by seven years back in Boston where she purchased and remodeled her first home, Upstate was calling. When the pandemic brought permanent remote work to a reality, Gracie took a leap of faith by moving to Rhinebeck, and has since decided to go full-time with real estate. Now the newest member of Rouse + Co, she looks forward to leveraging her decade of tech experience balancing user needs with business priorities to serve her clients’ best interests every time.

Outside of work, you can find Gracie planning the next gala at Mills Mansion where she serves on the Board, scouring local antique stores, or scheming to get more of her friends to move here…
