With more than 20 years of experience in advertising, sales, and post-production, Nicholas Dziekonski brings a creative eye, strategic perspective, and highly collaborative approach to real estate.

Originally from Texas, Nicholas moved to New York in 2011 and has called the Hudson Valley home for the past eight years. His deep appreciation for the region – its architecture, landscape, communities, and distinctive way of life – ultimately led him to make real estate a natural extension of his professional and personal interests.

Before entering real estate, Nicholas worked as an Executive Producer, overseeing complex projects from concept through completion and working closely with clients, creative teams, and vendors. The experience taught him the value of thoughtful communication, careful negotiation, attention to detail, and knowing how to bring together the right people to make things happen.

As a real estate agent with Rouse + Co., Nicholas works throughout Dutchess, Ulster, Columbia, and Greene Counties, representing buyers and sellers across a range of properties, from country homes and second residences to land, investment properties, and luxury real estate.

His approach is personal and hands-on. Nicholas takes the time to understand what his clients are looking for, brings a discerning eye to each property, and remains engaged throughout the process, from the first conversation through the closing table. For him, real estate is ultimately about more than a transaction; it is about helping people find the right place to build the next chapter of their lives.
